Client Services Representative

Position Description

 

  • Busy inbound call environment
  • Answer customers’ inquiries and issues regarding account maintenance, discrepancies in billing, funding, service, etc. 
  • Maintain existing client relationships by providing exemplary customer service, product knowledge, empathy and professionalism.
  • Coordinate necessary processing changes needed for customers such as bank changes, correcting records and adjusting errors.
  • Follow up and respond to customers by providing information within specific time frames.
  • Training for the first 2 weeks will be held during daytime hours of 9am-6pm.

 

 

Position Requirements

 

  • Effective communication and writing skills
  • Ability to conduct basic math calculations frequently (multiplication, division, addition, subtraction, etc.)
  • Proficiency with Windows 2000, MS Office and overall internet navigation
  • Patience with customers
  • Detail oriented with superior follow- through
  • Self- motivated, determined, and professional demeanor
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Team player who takes direction well
  • College Degree Preferred or in process of completion
