Technical Support Representative

Position Description:
- Assist in the programming of Point of Sale systems (credit card processing machines)
- Manage shipping process and track orders to merchant-customers
- Provide technical support for both new and existing merchants via phone and e-mail
- Reprogram terminals with merchants via phone
- Data entry, as needed
Position Requirements:
- Precise and accurate data entry necessary
- Technically-oriented background
- Team player and ability to take direct well
- Self-motivated, determined, and professional individual
- Effective communications skills
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Some higher education preferred
