With all businesses, when looking to improve or purchase new equipment or services, one needs to look at alternative solutions, which we did. The company we looked into did not offer the online chat that you provide, and when you send them an email, it takes them several days to get back to you. Once I did get in contact with a service representative, she could not answer any of my questions and told me that she would call me back when she found the answers I needed. She never called back and then their website went down... Their rates were not as low as yours and their website was not as informative or as easy to navigate as yours.... All in all, Jerry has been a pleasure to work with and I look forward to doing business with him again."

“I have done about 2,000 credit card transactions for my company's DJ services... From the get-go, it was a mess with our previous processor. Nonstop problems; mistakes on our statements, we were constantly over-charged and never told why, and mulitple numbers to call when there was a question or problem with the terminal. I would have to call 3 to 5 numbers, each time getting the 3rd degree on how I got the number, and then being given another, different number to call.... So frustrating! We decided it was time to change. We did extensive research and narrowed it down to 3 companies, including Merchant Warehouse. When we called, Eric was patient and to the point. Savvy way beyond his apparent years, I liked him instantly. He returned every call promptly, and he replied to every e-mail so quickly I was giddy, laughing at how attentive he was. He seemed too good to be true and I told him so. He did not blink.... He simply assured me that he wanted my business and would try every day, in every way to keep me more than happy. He told me to call or e-mail any time there was a problem.

When I was having trouble programming my terminal to batch, I called the Terminal Support number on the side of my machine with trembling fingers.... Usually this took my previous processor anywhere from 10 minutes to 2 hours, and sometimes they would just leave me on hold for so long that I hung up. Not with Merchant Warehouse.... The Tech Support person knew so much about my terminal and fixed every problem right away. Amazing... Beyond my comprehension... World class.

All in all, I wish I had found your company years ago. I would have saved myself so many problems. I did not know that customer service like yours (like Eric's) existed in this business. From my dealings with Eric, he is the guy on your team that puts the company first and has a real grasp of human dynamics, sales, business, and the product and service.
