- All equipment purchased through Merchant Warehouse comes under manufacturer warranty.
- All refurbished products are clearly marked as such and come with manufacturers warranties.
- Because the prices we offer our customers are often lower than our competition can get on the wholesale market, Merchant Warehouse has a strict policy of only selling equipment to our merchant account customers. We reserve the right to refuse sales to merchants who do not have a merchant account with us and to any resellers.
- Merchant Warehouse will handle replacement and warranty work for the first thirty days after purchase.
- After thirty days, we help customers contact the manufacturer for service on all warranties.
- Merchant Warehouse offers overnight replacement insurance as an extra level of protection for many of our products. This coverage is only available at the time of purchase. Customers who have purchased overnight replacement insurance (ORI) should call 1-800-749-2173 for immediate service on their equipment.
- New/Unopened equipment may be returned, at the customer’s expense, within the first thirty (30) days of purchase. (A restocking fee of up to 35% of the purchase price may be applied to the return.)
- Software and used equipment sold through MerchantWarehouse.com cannot be returned for a refund.
