Through the extensive reader survey, Merchant Warehouse was highly recognized for channel friendliness and product innovation.

Each subscriber ranked their vendor partners in seven key categories, which included Service/Support, Channel Friendly, Channel Program, Product Features, Product Reliability, Product Innovation and Adequate VAR Margins. To ensure statistical accuracy, scores were calculated by Penn State University.
