Merchant Warehouse, a leading innovator in secure payment processing solutions and merchant account services, today announced a key hire to its Executive Management Team with David McSweeney, vice president of merchant experience. As Merchant Warehouse continues to experience rapid growth in its customer and partner acquisition, its latest addition strengthen the company's leadership in payment processing.
David McSweeney brings 20 years of experience in customer service to Merchant Warehouse, most recently as the director of customer satisfaction at Cross Country Automotive, where he was successful in identifying consumers' needs and wants to enhance the customer experience. In addition, McSweeney worked at RBS Lynk/Citizens Bank, First Data and Bank of Boston. In his new role, McSweeney will focus on creating and delivering world class service and support to all of Merchant Warehouse's customers.
