Merchant Warehouse Wins Stevie Award for Outstanding Sales and Customer Service

Merchant Warehouse named a Winner for Sales Lead Management System of the Year

Merchant Warehouse, a premier provider of merchant accounts and credit card processing solutions, announced today that the company was presented with a Stevie Award for Sales Lead Management System of the Year in the fifth annual Stevie Awards for Sales & Customer Service.

Merchant Warehouse was recognized for developing its own home-grown system and process to route and track leads from clicks and calls to closed sales. As a direct result of their ability to track leads and credit partners for the referrals, the company is now writing around 600 more deals a month and has significantly lowered their marketing spend. As an additional benefit, the overall sales close rate has increased by 15 percent as a result of being able to address specific customer concerns more accurately.

The awards were presented to honorees during a gala banquet on Monday, February 21 at the Eden Roc Renaissance Hotel in Miami Beach, Florida. More than 800 entries from organizatinos of all sizes and in virtually every industry were represented in this year's competition.
