Merchant Warehouse was awarded a Gold Stevie for Online Sales Team of the Year and two Bronze Stevies for Customer Service Team of the Year and Inbound Marketing Program of the Year.

- Bronze Stevie Award for Customer Service Team – This team implemented new initiatives allowing them to manage call volume and work productivity, resulting in abandonment rates dropping below 5 percent and an average speed of answer improved to 15 seconds.
- Bronze Stevie Award for Inbound Marketing Program of the Year – The close rate on inbound marketing leads climbed over 20 percent since April of 2011. This team has significantly reduced overhead and wasteful spending as a result of their new programs.
