Key leadership promotions to support company’s aggressive growth strategy.

- Dan Dufault has been promoted to the role of executive vice president, sales and marketing. In this expanded role, Dan is responsible for supporting the organization’s aggressive growth objectives through innovative sales strategies and the development and launch of go-to-market products that deliver unparalleled differentiation and offer significant new business opportunities for merchants, consumers and partners alike. Dan previously served as Merchant Warehouse’s vice president, marketing and has held numerous leadership roles with Novell, Kaspersky Lab and Progress Software.
- David McSweeney, who previously served as vice president, merchant experience, was promoted to the role of executive vice president, operations. He is responsible for delivering a world-class service experience to Merchant Warehouse and providing day-to-day leadership for the company’s customer service, technical support and operations teams. Prior to joining the company, Dave held senior level operational leadership positions with RBS Lynk, First Data, Fleet, and BankBoston.
- Michael Gavin was named senior vice president, direct sales. Having previously served as vice president of third party sales, Michael is now responsible for day-to-day leadership of the company’s direct sales efforts including organizational structure, sales forecasts and strategies, and team management. Michael is one of Merchant Warehouse’s longest tenured team members and he has been a key contributor to the evolution and expansion of the sales organization within his twelve years.
