To update the legal and/or corporate information related to your merchant account, please fill out the request form so that we can email you the proper forms. Any required supporting documentation which will be outlined on the forms sent to you. Please note: Requests submitted prior to 4:00 PM EST Monday – Friday will receive a form by 6:00 PM EST. Requests submitted after 4:00 PM EST Monday – Friday will receive a form by 10:00 AM the following business day.
Once we receive your information back, these changes take 5 – 6 business days to complete and must go through credit approval. You will receive an email confirmation once the change is complete.

To keep your account secure, all merchants who submit account changes must verify the account by providing the Merchant ID and the last four digits of the federal tax ID on file. If the information provided does not match what we have on file, a representative will contact you to obtain the correct information.
